Survey List

Admin will select the Alice Bees product from the dashboard. After clicking on the Alice Bees icon admin will be able to see the survey list page.

Dashboard

Dashboard has the following fields:

  • Response Time

  • Gender

  • Age Group &

  • Location

Response Time

Response Time

Response time graph is plotted against the number of res-ponder VS current time. Only published survey responses will be shown here. Admin can see the current response of an individual survey by clicking on the desired survey name given below the graph.

Gender & Age Group

Gender

Gender pie chart shows the existing number of male and female users in the selected interval.

Age Group

This graph shows the age group of people who have completed the basic survey flow of Smartbees page.

Res-ponders Location

Location

Location map's red marked area will indicate the location of the survey res-ponders throughout the world.

Survey Sent So Far

This table will contain the following fields:

Name

This column will contain the survey name.

Creation & End Time

Survey's creation time and end time will be shown here.

Send To

This column will contain the number of people whom we have sent the survey.

Responded

This column will contain the number of people who have responded to the survey.

Status

There are five types of status we are providing for survey.

They are given below:

  • Drafted

  • Scheduled (after setting the time max user)

  • Published (after pushing the survey)

  • Completed

  • Paused

Drafted

When admin will set the survey name & description, questions, segment(optional) but didn't select date & maximum reachable user then the action column will show the edit survey and delete survey option.

Status -> Drafted

Edit Survey: This option will allow the admin to make changes in the created survey.

Delete Survey: This option will allow the admin to delete the created survey.

Scheduled

When admin will set the survey name, description, questions, segment, select the date & maximum reachable user then the action column will show the edit survey, push survey and delete survey option.

Status -> Scheduled

Edit Survey: This option will allow the admin to make changes in the created survey.

Push Survey: This option will allow the admin to push the survey to the target group of people.

Delete Survey: This option will allow the admin to delete the created survey.

Published

After clicking the push survey option from the action column the status of the survey will changed from scheduled to published. Then the action column will show the analytics, responses, pause survey, re-send survey and export survey option.

Status -> Published

Analytic: This option will allow the admin to see all the responses of that particular survey.

Responses: This option will allow the admin to see the individual response of that particular survey.

Pause Survey: This option will allow the admin to pause the survey.

Re-send Survey: This option will allow the admin to re-send that particular survey.

Export Survey: This option will allow the admin to download the individual responses of the survey in an excel file.

Only published survey's response will be shown in the response time graph.

Completed

Status -> Completed

Paused

Status -> Paused

Action

There are eight types of actions we are providing for survey.

They are given below:

  • Edit Survey

  • Delete Survey

  • Push Survey

  • Pause Survey

  • Re-send Survey

  • Export Survey

  • Analytics &

  • Responses

Depending on the survey status action column will be changed.

Analytics

By clicking the analytics button admin will get the following data:

Heat Map: This heat map's red marks will indicate the location of that particular survey responses. So, that the admin can see from which part of the world those responses are coming from.

After Clicking -> Analytics Link (Heat Map)

Gender Data: Gender pie chart shows the existing number of male and female users responded to that particular survey.

After Clicking -> Analytics Link (a) Gender Data & (b) Age Data

Age Data: This graph shows the age group of people who have completed the survey.

After Clicking -> Analytics Link (Response Time)

Response Time: Response time graph is plotted against the number of users VS dates (two weeks) for the selected survey. For example, you have selected a survey named "XYZ" from survey table, recent two weeks responses will be shown here in this graph.

After Clicking -> Analytics Link (All Responses)

All Responses: All the questions along with their combined responses will be shown here using pie charts & for matrix type questions combined responses will be given below the options.

Responses

Individual responder's responses will be recorded here for the selected survey.

Admin will click the view details link this action will take the admin to the response page where all the responses are recorded. Here, admin can see a customer list table.

This table will contain the following fields:

  • User

  • Age

  • Response Time &

  • See Answers

After Clicking -> Responses

Each user's responder number, age, response time and individual answers are recorded here. Admin can easily see all the answers of individual survey responder from this page. For example, admin will click see details link then all the response of that responder will appear.

After Clicking -> See Details

Age, survey start date to end date, time duration, location heat map of that responder and all the responses of that particular survey will appear here.
